Bunyon Bros. Tree Service owns several modern chippers which meet or exceed all safety standards and are registered with the state air pollution control district. Our standard chippers are capable of handling wood up to 18″ in diameter for green waste composting.
We’ve recently added a new whole tree chipper that’s capable of taking whole trees and reducing them into high quality wood chips with ease. This helps us clear out large areas quickly and also allows us to continue being complete green waste recyclers by turning trees and branches removed into usable wood chips and mulch.
“The Beast”
Bunyon Bros. Tree Service uses a Bandit Industries horizontal grinder, known affectionately as “The Beast”! This is a no-compromise machine whose capabilities include turning large piles of waste wood into larger mulch piles, processing bulky chunk wood, cleaning up storm damage and debris after natural disasters or recycling shingles for hot-mix asphalt.
