Doug is a Certified Arborist (WE-10340A), instructor/supervisor, class B driver, crane operator and certified line clearance specialist. He is also a foreman, certified lift operator and is CPR/First Aid certified. Doug completed his schooling in Paso Robles but now resides in Oceano.
